Preparing for Surgery

• Pre-operative laboratory tests are not required unless your managing physician requests them.
• If any pre-operative tests are done, you must insure a copy of the results are forwarded to the Center or your surgery may be cancelled.
• You will be seen by an anesthesiologist (if you require these services) on the day of surgery.
• Please bring a list of medications you take regularly.

It is important for you to follow these guidelines before surgery to prevent delay or cancellations.
